The two-time defending Calder Cup champion Hershey Bears take on the Lehigh Valley Phantoms at 5pm EDT, the winner will take on the winner of Providence/Charlotte in the Atlantic Division Finals.
The Rockford IceHogs take on the Milwaukee Admirals at 5pm EDT, with the winner moving on to face the Texas Stars in the Central Division Finals.
Providence goaltender and AHL Goaltender of the Year Michael DiPietro is a game time decision after suffering an injury in game four.
Lehigh Valley veteran goaltender Cal Petersen will start game five after Parker Gahagen was injured in game three.
