Squid Game Season 3 Teaser OUT! Gi-Hun’s Final Fight To Get Brutal, Deadly Like Never Before

Squid Game Season 3 is here and the stakes are set to get bigger, deadlier and more unexpected. Netflix on May 6 released the much-awaited teaser of its third and final season, and it surely hints at more brutal things lined-up for viewers.

Netflix dropped the teaser that picks up from where its previous Season 2 ended. The remaining contestants are frightened and cooped up in their godown. Pink guards arrive with a coffin and leave it infront of the remaining participants who feel the palpable fear. Unaware about whose body is inside that box, when they open it, they get the shock of finding Seong Gi-hun himself lying there still. He soons opens his eyes and the teaser leads us into a game with gumball machine of red and blue balls. It seems like we are back into the game!

The teaser gives a sneak peek into the remaining characters including detective Hwang Jun-ho, Player 333 Myung-gi, Player 388 Dae-ho, Player 120 Hyun-ju, Player 007 Yong-sik, Player 149 Geum-ja, and others. We also see pink guard No-eul. However sends chills down the spine is the teaser ending on the cry of a baby. Squid Game Season 3 is not going to be anything we’ve seen before, and the uneasiness has already been sensed.

The official social media handles of Netflix and Squid Game released the teaser with the text, “It’s time to play the final games. Squid Game Season 3. June 27, only on Netflix.” Another text added, “Loyalties will be tested. Squid Game Season 3. June 27.”

The official logline of Squid Game Season 3 reads, “The third and final season of Squid Game follows Gi-hun (Lee Jung-jae) after losing his best friend in the game and being driven to utter despair by The Front Man (Lee Byung-hun), who was hiding his true identity to infiltrate the game. Gi-hun persists with his goal to put an end to the game, while the Front Man continues onto his next move and the surviving players’ choices will lead to graver consequences with each round.”

About Squid Game Season 2

Squid Game Season 2 ended on Seong Gi-Hun (Lee Jung-Jae) leading a rebellion against the perpetrators of the game as he confronts the Front Man (Lee Byung-Hun) who kills his many of his comrades and takes him down at gunpoint and managed to get hold of him.

Squid Game Season 3 will premiere on June 27.
