Minnesota takes care of business in Game 2.

The T’Wolves were upset by the Warriors in Game 1, but they rebounded here with a blowout victory to even the series at 1-1.

The Timberwolves got out to a 13-0 lead to start the game and maintained a double-digit lead for most of the game after that. Minnesota shot 51 percent from the field and 43 percent from three-point range while holding Golden State to 45 percent from the field and 28 percent from long range.

Julius Randle led Minnesota with 24 points, seven rebounds and 11 assists.

Anthony Edwards amassed 20 points, nine rebounds, five assists and three steals.

Jonathan Kuminga led Golden State with 18 points and five rebounds off the bench.

Jimmy Butler led the starters with 17 points, seven rebounds and four assists.

Minnesota kickstarted this game with a 13-0 run and never relinquished the lead after that.

They actually held a double-digit lead for all but a few minutes in this game.

Minnesota recorded 33 assists to 12 turnovers, while Golden State had 23 assists to 17 turnovers.

Julius Randle was the player of the game, tallying 24 points, seven rebounds and 11 assists.

Anthony Edwards had 20 points, nine rebounds, five assists and three steals.

Golden State cut the lead to seven points midway through the quarter, but Minnesota responded with an 18-7 run to close the frame.

That allowed them to recapture their 20-point lead.

Minnesota has recorded 27 assists to nine turnovers, while Golden State has 17 assists to 13 turnovers.

Anthony Edwards was also able to return from his ankle injury.

After trailing 13-0 and by 22 points in the second quarter, Golden State is creeping closer.

They’ve started the second half on a 16-6 run and have cut the lead to single digits for the first time since the opening minutes.

Jonathan Kuminga started the second half and leads the team with 14 points on 7-of-7 shooting.

Green has been a key piece to numerous Golden State playoff runs and he’s now 14th all-time in total assists in the playoffs.

The T’Wolves lead the Warriors at the half, 56-39.

Game 2 is Underway… 👀

Minnesota kickstarted this game on an 8-0 run, hitting their first three shots.

They’ve made the first two three-pointers and look sharp through the opening two minutes.

Let’s see if the Warriors can respond without Stephen Curry.

That run got to 13-0, with Golden State missing their first eight shots through the opening five minutes.
