IRFC Q4 results 2025 date changed – Dividend update? Navratna railway PSU’s revised quarterly earnings schedule
Railway company IRFC last week on April 16 informed about the same, sharing the date on which it will declare the January-March 2025 quarter results. Now, it has announced a change in the earnings announcement schedule.
IRFC Q4 Results 2025 Date
Indian Railway Finance Corporation, in an exchange filing last week, informed that a meeting of its Board of Directors is scheduled to be held on Tuesday, April 29, 2025, inter-alia, to consider and approve the audited financial results for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2025 and other financial statements.
Along with this, IRFC board will also consider and approve the market borrowing programme of the company for the financial year 2025-26. The PSU has not declared an official timing for its results announcement, but IRFC has, in the past, released its earnings both during market hours and post market hours.
The railway PSU has said nothing on if it will declare a final dividend for FY 2025 or not. Earlier in March, IRFC board had declared an interim dividend of Rs 0.80 per share.
Further, IRFC stated that its trading window is closed since April 1, 2025, and will continue to remain closed till the 48 hours after the declaration of Audited Financial Results for the Quarter and Financial year ended March 31, 2025.
IRFC Navratna Status
Notably, railway PSU IRFC was granted Navratna status by the Centre earlier in March. Both IRFC and IRCTC were granted the status together, making them the 25th and 26th companies to receive the recognition. The Navratna status enables entities to invest up to Rs 1,000 crore without requiring prior government approval.
IRFC Share Price
The railway PSU stock closed 1.47 per cent higher at Rs 131.35 apiece on BSE on Monday.
